Mike Jensen showed up at 7am to support a big production release, after spending all weekend being a part of the release team! The Conference Center team stayed up late last to deploy updates to the CC servers. They patiently waited for a large Events call to wrap up to make sure there was no interference with the conference! Special kudos to Jon, Yun, Jen and Steve for staying up late, but thanks to the entire Conference Center team for really making sure this and all the customers have a great experience!
Also, the Events team thanks Mike Jensen for his help with CD for a customer. (see post below)
** Special mention to Jon Rodock and Julie Mendelson in Customer Care and Toby Schrecengost in Events (he managed the conference) for logging into the large Events conference (1100+) from 6-8 last night to help w/any customer questions. Their fame is leaving the rest of us some doughnuts as well as doing a great job!

Special thanks to Randy and Leif in IT for building laptops for the Customer Care team. This now gives us the ability to take inbound support calls from home in case of emergency. Very important in our bid to still function normally when we cannot get into office due to snowstorm or any other reason.

Several months ago James inspired us all in Customer Care to reach a goal of taking at least 90% of all inbound support calls to help free up more time for AST’s to proactively sell into their accounts. Well, not only have we achieved 90%, but our past five months have seen the C.Care team consume way more calls! Here’s to you James and the entire Customer Care Team
